According to the annual report for 2025/2026, Vuxen Group’s turnover landed at SEK 245.7 million. This represents an increase of 14 percent compared to last year’s SEK 214.9 million.

Profitability is also trending upwards. Operating profit landed at SEK 16 million, an increase of 227 percent from the previous SEK 4.9 million.

Rapid Growth Outside of Sweden

The Swedish market remains the e-commerce retailer’s largest. Here, turnover rises from SEK 163 million to SEK 178.6 million.

However, it is in other countries that the company is growing fastest. Sales in other markets increased by 29 percent and landed at SEK 67.1 million, up from SEK 51.8 million the previous year.

Vuxen Group, with its headquarters in Laholm, operates e-commerce under several brands and also sells products from its own factory in Kävlinge.

The factory manufactures products for the European market. The group also includes the e-commerce store Doggie, which sells dog products.

Marketing Drives Up Costs

Driving growth involves increased expenses, and during the year Vuxen Group chose to ramp up its marketing activities. This strategy is noticeable in the books, where external costs rise from SEK 96.3 million to SEK 113 million.

While the cost of goods amounts to SEK 94.3 million, the e-commerce retailer has held back on other expense items. Personnel costs, for example, decreased slightly to SEK 16.9 million, compared to last year’s SEK 17.4 million.

As the year is now summarized, the net result is written at SEK 11.6 million. With the positive result in its back pocket, management is optimistic about the future and expects continued positive development for the business.

For shareholders, the financial statements also mean a net addition, as the board now proposes a dividend of SEK 11.2 million.
