Malmö-based fashion brand Très Bien has had an intense year behind it where the focus has shifted from technical platform changes to trimming e-commerce and the customer experience. Despite declining sales during the last financial year, the company is now gearing up with new millions in the bank, a refinement of its own clothing collection and its sights set on a new store in Stockholm.

During the 2025 financial year, the company's turnover decreased by 24 percent to SEK 41.8 million, compared to SEK 54.7 million the previous year. At the same time, operating profit improved by 6 percent to SEK -7.1 million, up from a loss of SEK 7.5 million the previous year.

During the same period, the average number of employees in the company decreased from 15 to 11.

Sharpening the Online Purchase Journey

After previously devoting significant effort to stabilizing its technical platform, the fashion retailer shifted its resources during the year to conversion optimization and strategic development of e-commerce.

To make the purchase journey smoother for visitors, several new features have been implemented. These include a faster checkout, a wishlist for customers, integrated reviews from Trustpilot, and a completely new system for managing returns.

The company has also maintained a high pace in its production of content to strengthen the brand. All marketing material is created internally by the company's own staff, a strategy that, according to management, provides faster delivery and full control over the creative expression.

New Capital Finances Stockholm Store

Changes have also occurred in the management team. Sneaker profile Erik Fagerling stepped in as CEO of Très Bien at the beginning of 2025, but left the role after a short period and now serves as Chairman of the Board of the company.

Today, the business is led by CEO Hannes Hogeman, while Erik Fagerling has instead taken over as CEO of Worldwide Sneakers AB, the company behind the e-commerce platform Sneakersnstuff.

The goal for Très Bien remains to expand the business and build a stronger local community.

After the end of the financial year, management completed a new issue that added approximately SEK 5.8 million to the company before issue costs. The funds will strengthen the financial position and finance two initiatives: a relaunch of the company's own clothing collection and the establishment of a physical store in Stockholm.
