The company's turnover increased to 550 million Swedish krona, compared to just over 520 million the previous year. At the same time, profitability was strengthened by nearly 38 percent. Specifically, the latest operating profit landed at 66.4 million Swedish krona, an increase from last year's 48.2 million Swedish krona.
In 2024, the company moved its entire e-commerce operation and warehousing activities to a newly built logistics center. Work to streamline the new warehouse continued throughout 2025. When the year's sales peaks occurred in the final months, operations were fully optimized.
The investment is said to have contributed to shorter delivery times to customers, which in turn is said to have led to high customer satisfaction.
2025 has been a very successful year for Engelsons AB, the company summarizes in the annual report.
Expanding Abroad
Another factor in this year's sales increase is the company's focus on new markets. During the year, e-commerce was rolled out in Denmark, Germany and Finland. The Swedish market remains the driving force behind the company, with sales of 526.2 million Swedish krona.
However, the new markets have begun to deliver results. Sales in Denmark amounted to 11.3 million Swedish krona, in Germany to 7 million Swedish krona and in Finland to 5.4 million Swedish krona.
The launches have been carried out according to plan and both sales and costs have developed in line with the budget, writes CEO Stefan Engelsson in the report.
Million Dividend and Confidence in the Future
The strengthened result means that the company's owners will be allocated a dividend of 100 million Swedish krona.
Looking ahead to 2026, the company feels well prepared and expects sales to continue to increase in all of the company's markets.
It will be very interesting to follow the development of the international expansion in 2026, the company concludes.
