The offer consists exclusively of existing shares sold by Stymie Invest AB, and the company is therefore not issuing any new shares in connection with the transaction. The funds Carnegie and Cicero, together with the Hielte family, have committed to acquiring shares for a total of SEK 105 million. The subscription period for the public runs from September 16th to September 23rd.
The company also announces that it is launching a program for those who own at least 200 shares, which includes discounts on the assortment. Dormy CEO Anders Wall states that the listing broadens the shareholder base and creates conditions for the next phase of the company's development, and that the shareholder program is a way to establish a closer relationship between the company and its owners.
For more than 30 years, we have grown profitably and organically with a clear focus on the golfer. Today, we have a strong position in the Nordics and see good opportunities to continue developing Dormy, both in our existing markets and through continued expansion in Europe, says Anders Wall in a statement.
