The latest agreement concerns the Överby shopping center in Trollhättan. The establishment includes two buildings with a total retail space of over 6,000 square meters. The agreement with Svenska Handelsfastigheter runs for ten years and comes into effect in November 2027. Magnus Kreuger, CEO of Power Sverige, cites the population of the Fyrstadsregion and the number of visitors to the shopping center as primary reasons for the location.

While development continues in Västsverige, the company announces an investment of five million kronor has been made in the department store in Luleå, which is now reopening. The physical presence in Norrbotten is also further expanded through the recently announced establishment in Lomtjärns Handelsområde in Piteå. The new department store is expected to generate twenty new local jobs.

In addition to the ongoing store expansion, the company recently reported growth in its digital sales channels. At the end of July, the company conducted a live shopping broadcast that generated three million kronor in turnover in twenty minutes. The marketing activity contributed to a four hundred percent increase in the company's e-commerce compared to the same day last year, which was the highest recorded online sales for the company on a single day in July.
