Packoplock has expanded its e-commerce throughout the Nordic region and exceeded half a billion in turnover. After 19 years as a pure distance seller, the company is now choosing to expand its operations with a physical store in Norrköping.

The company offers goods within packaging, cleaning and office supplies. On September 17th, they will open the doors to their new premises on Lindövägen. The store is intended to function in symbiosis with the digital B2B sales.

We know that many of our customers appreciate the simplicity of shopping online, but we also see the value of being able to meet customers physically. In the store, we can showcase products, discuss needs and help customers find the right solution,” says Mikael Holmberg, CEO of Packoplock.

Nordic establishment and new platform

The decision to open a physical store follows a period of acquisitions.

Earlier this year, the group acquired a Norwegian company, establishing a geographical presence in all Nordic countries. In parallel with the acquisitions of other companies, technical work has been underway to launch a new website for e-commerce.

The group purchases standard items from over 450 different manufacturers, which are then warehoused at the central warehouse in Norrköping. The business is also growing in terms of personnel, which has increased from 138 employees at the beginning of the year to today's 150 employees.

The company announces that it now has an annual turnover of just over SEK 600 million. This represents an increase of 8 percent compared to the broken financial year 2024/2025, when turnover amounted to SEK 554 million and operating profit was SEK 3.8 million.
