Profit doubled.

The e-commerce retailer Nordic Knots, which sells rugs and interior design products, shows growth in 2025. As the company now publishes its latest annual report, it appears that sales increased significantly. According to the annual report, the Group's net turnover landed at SEK 648.3 million, an increase from the SEK 376.7 million reported in 2024.

The Group's operating profit amounted to SEK 154.5 million in 2025, compared to SEK 73.7 million in the previous year. International sales account for the largest part of the revenue. The market category for other countries outside of Sweden and the EU constitutes SEK 524 million of the total net turnover.

The Group has demonstrated very strong sales growth during the year, particularly in its main market, the USA, the board writes in the report, adding:

Great Britain and other parts of Europe have also shown very good development.

The business is mainly based on e-commerce directly to private individuals, but business-to-business sales are increasing.

The Group's primary channel remains online sales directly to consumers, although the Group's B2B sales to professional interior designers have continued to grow significantly, the company states.

During the year, formal steps were also taken to establish the brand in new markets.

As part of the company's continued growth and international presence, Nordic Knots Ltd was established in Great Britain on July 18, 2025, according to the report.

Regarding the external environment, the company notes that continued high inflation in key markets may entail risks of reduced demand and higher delivery costs.

However, no lasting signs of a decline in demand have yet been noted, and no significant disruptions in the supply and delivery chain have occurred, the board writes.

The figures from 2025 are presented shortly after Nordic Knots announced a new capital raising. Earlier in 2026, it was announced that the e-commerce retailer raised SEK 105.4 million from, among others, the American fund Imaginary Ventures and Swedish Creades.

The annual report of the parent company NKT Group AB now shows how the structure of the business looks. In the spring of 2026, House of Home Holding AB was formed as a new intermediate holding company for the business. NKT Group AB, which is owned by the founders Fabian Berglund and Liza Berglund Laserow, remains the ultimate parent company and now owns the new company together with the added investors.
