Logistics company Movebybike has significantly increased its pace. For the third month in a row, the company reports a new volume record. During September, the company completed a total of 103,071 deliveries, meaning it has broken the 100,000 delivery mark for the first time ever in a single month.
This corresponds to an increase of just over 8 percent compared to August of this year, and a substantial increase of 37 percent compared to September 2025.
Fun Milestone
The main driver behind the record is said to be strong customer-driven growth combined with the gradual scaling up of expansion together with freight partner Airmee.
As early as May this year Ehandel.se reported on the deepened agreement between the parties, where Movebybike was appointed dedicated inner-city partner in both Stockholm and Malmö – an agreement worth between 27 and 35 million Swedish krona annually.
Reaching over 100,000 deliveries in a month for the first time is a very fun milestone for Movebybike. In just two months, we have gone from just over 82,000 to over 103,000 deliveries, while still having significant volumes to grow into,” says Fredrik Videlycka, CEO of Movebybike.
Preparing for Peak Season
While the record month can now be put in the books, the company is looking ahead to this year's traditionally strongest period. With Black Friday and Christmas shopping approaching, it expects continued growth in October and November, as well as high volumes throughout December.
This demonstrates both the strength of the development we are in and the capacity of our organization. Now we are also entering our seasonally strongest period, and we expect volumes to continue to develop positively during the autumn,” concludes Fredrik Videlycka.
