For the entire fiscal year, the company generated a turnover of SEK 12.6 billion. A profit increase was also noted on a full-year basis, with EBITA for the period amounting to SEK 953 million, compared to SEK 853 million during the previous year.
In e-commerce, the company has taken further steps during the fourth quarter. Rusta launched Rusta Online in the German market, meaning that the company now offers online sales to customers in all of its operating markets.
The segment referred to as Other Markets, which includes online sales together with the physical department stores in Finland and Germany, showed growth in net sales. The total sales increase in this segment is explained by new physical units and the growing online sales. Initially, the work with German e-commerce has focused on testing and optimizing systems and logistics, and the company is now continuing to gradually develop the channel.
Several events have been highlighted in the company recently. On June 1, 2026, Cathrine Wigzell formally assumed the position of new CEO of Rusta. She succeeded Göran Westerberg, who completed his role the day before. The company's loyalty program, Club Rusta, has also continued to grow and has now exceeded seven million registered members.
In the report, the new CEO Cathrine Wigzell comments on the direction of the business going forward.
The strategy remains firm and my mission is clear, she explains in the interim report.
We will continue to drive Rusta's expansion through new department stores and by further developing our concept and our range to reach even more customers.
