During the second quarter of 2026, Litium's net revenue amounted to SEK 25.1 million, representing an increase of 32.1 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew by 18.6 percent, reaching SEK 100.1 million at the end of the period.

Operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter improved marginally to SEK -1 million, compared to SEK -1.3 million last year.

Growth continues at an impressive pace and today we have broken the SEK 100 million barrier. ARR is growing by 18.6 percent in the quarter, but equally importantly, our revenue is growing even faster than our ARR, says CEO Martin Billenius in the report.

According to Billenius, the growth is due to an influx of new customers as well as existing customers expanding their use of the platform. Management's ambition going forward is now to achieve a positive result on a quarterly basis.

During the quarter, the platform's new packaged offering in collaboration with the business system Monitor was also launched, which, according to the company, has already resulted in a double-digit number of new customers. Simultaneously, it was announced that the board of directors had been strengthened with the profiles of Mattias Miksche and Per Åkerberg, and that several people in management and the board had increased their shareholding in the company.

Building on Strong Finish from 2025

The current growth follows the pattern established at the end of the previous year. The company's annual report for 2025 reported the highest order intake in the company's history. At the turn of the year, ARR amounted to SEK 93.5 million. However, the fourth quarter of 2025 was weighed down by one-time costs related to the acquisition of Geins Group and double CEO salaries during a transition period, which temporarily reduced profitability.

At the turn of the year, Litium also invested in artificial intelligence through the recruitment of a Chief AI Officer to develop AI-powered e-commerce solutions.

Position Among Sweden's Largest E-commerce Companies

Litium operates in a platform market that is currently highly fragmented. In Ehandel.se's latest mapping (published in May 2026) of platform choices among Sweden's 100 largest e-commerce companies in terms of turnover, Litium ranks seventh among the commercial standard solutions.

Three of the e-commerce companies on the top 100 list are currently using Litium. The mapping shows, however, that self-developed systems are the most common choice among the very largest players in the Swedish market, followed by commercial platforms such as Optimizely, Askås, Brink Commerce and Shopify.
