In 2025, the net turnover for Komplett Services Sweden AB increased to just over one billion Swedish kronor, compared to 989 million Swedish kronor the previous year. Simultaneously, profitability improved slightly. Profit after financial items amounted to 3.5 million Swedish kronor, an increase from 2.7 million Swedish kronor in 2024.
The annual report shows that the Swedish company primarily functions as a sales and support function for the brand in Sweden (Komplett.se) and Denmark (Komplett.dk), while logistics, purchasing, and finance are handled by the parent company in Norway. However, Denmark constitutes a very small part of the group's B2C sales (approximately 3 percent in Q1 2026).
Growth is also reported for the full year within the B2B and reseller channels. Sister company Komplett Distribution Sweden AB, which operates itegra.se, reported a net turnover of 457 million Swedish kronor for 2025, up from 370 million Swedish kronor the year before. Profit after financial items increased to 1.1 million Swedish kronor (0.8).
Growth for B2B in Q1
Komplett Group's quarterly report for the first three months of the year (Q1 2026) also provides an updated picture of the group's combined Swedish operations, which also include Netonnet and Webhallen.
During the first quarter, the B2C segment in Sweden showed a revenue increase of 0.3 percent in local currency. According to the report, the quarter was characterized by strong sales of white goods and seasonal products, which compensated for weaker development in gaming and computer components due to price increases for memory circuits.
Within the B2B segment in Sweden, growth was more noticeable, with an increase of 16.4 percent in local currency during the first quarter. However, the distribution business in Sweden declined by 13.5 percent during the same period.
Aiming for Economies of Scale
During 2025, Komplett Group implemented a number of measures, including a consolidation of warehouses and logistics in Sweden to secure margins. The newly appointed CEO, Vebjørn Torsetnes, who took over from Ros-Marie Grusén in mid-March 2026, comments on this in the latest report:
With these processes largely completed or well underway, the group is now better positioned to unlock further efficiency gains and economies of scale over time. The structural initiatives implemented over time have established a solid platform for continued operational improvements, says Vebjørn Torsetnes.
