Order Nordic AB announces the recruitment of Andreas Rylander as its new CEO. He will assume the position on May 4, 2026, and will be responsible for strengthening the company's market position and driving growth in the Nordics. He takes over from interim CEO Per Wernersson, who will henceforth act as Chairman of the Board.
Andreas is a commercially driven leader with a strong focus on business and customer understanding. With his long experience from Kjell & Company, he has demonstrated a clear ability to develop the business, says Per Wernersson.
Andreas Rylander has worked in Nordic retail for over 20 years. He is well-known to Ehandel readers from his long career at Kjell & Company, where he was CEO until September 2025 before Boozts former CFO Sandra Gadd took over the position. During his time at Kjell Group, he navigated the company through its IPO in 2021, among other things.
In a post on Linkedin, Andreas himself comments on the new assignment:
To lead a company with such a strong brand is a fantastic opportunity. I am really looking forward to being involved in leading the business into the next phase and getting to know new colleagues, customers and partners, he writes.
This is Order Nordic
Order Nordic has been on the market for a long time and was founded, in a previous corporate form, as early as 1977. The company is headquartered in Helsingborg and is primarily known in the e-commerce industry as a distributor of consumer electronics as well as a partner for third-party logistics (3PL) and dropshipping. Their network includes customers such as Netonnet, Webhallen, CDON and Ellos.
The last time Ehandel.se reported on Order Nordic was in connection with the company's investment in an automated robot warehouse from AutoStore. The facility was commissioned in 2018 and expanded in 2021 to double capacity and handle higher volumes. In addition to pure distribution and logistics, Order Nordic also owns and develops its own brands, such as Champion, C3 and waffle iron manufacturer Åviken.
