When attention turned to Helsingborg during the Nato Summit, it wasn't just about security policy. Among delegations and journalists, a local player had the opportunity to showcase the city. Through fragrances linked to historical leaders, the e-commerce company Gents took its place on the program’s list of activities for meeting participants.

In connection with the international meeting, a side program of activities was arranged. This was aimed at the participants of the meeting, their accompanying parties and the assembled press corps on site.

The e-commerce company Gents received the assignment to represent the host city and chose to design an activity based on its own product range. Visitors were able to participate in a perfume tasting that revolved around historical connections and leadership.

We are proud of the trust placed in us to represent our city in such a context, says Gents.

An International Experience

To frame the scent tasting, a cocktail was served to the participants. The drink was specifically developed with inspiration drawn from the perfume once used by Winston Churchill.

The event attracted visitors from a variety of countries who were on site for the security policy meeting. Guests had the opportunity to network and reflect on historical events through the products presented by the local e-commerce company.

Seeing participants from all over the world connect the history of fragrances to their own experiences was invaluable, writes Gents.
