Milestone reached.

Golf player Dormy was founded over three decades ago in Örebro. After several years of growth, it is now clear that the company is crossing a historic threshold with a turnover of over SEK 1 billion, while taking the final step onto the stock market.

Earlier this year, the company's CEO confirmed that a stock market listing was a main track, and now they are making it happen.

The plan is to list the shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. At the same time, the public and major investors are invited to purchase shares in the company. Several players, including the funds Carnegie and Cicero, are stepping in and buying shares for SEK 105 million.

The entire deal is based on Dormy being valued at SEK 1.1 billion today.

Dormy has grown profitably and organically for more than 30 years with a clear focus on the golfer. We have built Sweden's leading specialist chain through a wide range, world-class service and product expertise, and at the same time created a scalable e-commerce platform for continued expansion in Europe," says CEO Anders Wall.

E-commerce drives growth

Business is moving quickly. E-commerce is now an important engine for the company and accounts for 38 percent of revenue, while the physical department stores bring in 62 percent.

In addition to Sweden, Dormy now sells golf equipment in 13 other European countries.

During the 2025 financial year, the group's turnover increased by almost 17 percent to SEK 1.1 billion, compared to SEK 911.5 million the previous year. Operating profit followed upwards and increased by 38 percent to SEK 138.2 million, from SEK 100.3 million in 2024.

The founders Lars Johansson and Mats Hedlund are along for the ride and look forward to the company's next chapter.

When we founded Dormy in 1994, we did so with a strong belief that golfers deserved something better – more knowledge, better service and a place where the passion for golf was truly at the center. Seeing Dormy evolve from the first store in Örebro to the company it is today is something we feel pride and gratitude for," says the founding duo.

The first day of trading on the stock exchange is expected to be during the third quarter of 2026.
