The story of the fashion group dates back to 2001, and today they manage everything from production to digital sales across large parts of the world.

On the Swedish market, e-commerce is handled by DK Company Online AB. This company is the engine behind local online sales for its own brands such as Part Two, B.young, Gestuz and Kaffe. The portfolio also includes the department store Companys and the brand Bon'a Parte, which was acquired by the Danish owner in 2015.

Tougher Year Online

During the 2025 financial year, online stores faced a more challenging period.

According to the annual report, sales decreased for the Swedish subsidiary. Turnover fell to 39.9 million Swedish krona during the year. This represents a decrease of 13.6 percent compared to 2024, when revenue was 46.2 million krona.

Profitability also took a hit as sales volumes decreased. Operating profit amounted to 838,156 krona in 2025. This is a decrease of 30 percent compared to the previous year, when the company reported an operating profit of 1.2 million krona.

Global Machine in the Backing

Despite the slowdown in Sweden, the local operations are supported by a large international apparatus.

The parent company operates in 35 countries and employs 2,400 people. With its own CEO, Jens Poulsen, on the board, the group of companies builds its business on "selling fashion at affordable prices".
