During the company's fourth quarter (February to April 2026), online sales amounted to SEK 615 million. This corresponds to a sales increase of 25 percent compared to the same quarter last year, of which 11 percentage points relate to acquired operations.
For the entire financial year, e-commerce sales totaled SEK 2.57 billion. This represents an increase of 15 percent year-on-year, with acquisitions contributing 4 percentage points.
CEO and Group Chief Executive Kristofer Tonström highlights the digital presence as an important factor in the report:
We are also becoming increasingly accessible with our e-commerce offering. Growth on www.clasohlson.com remained strong in the quarter and the sales channels within Spares are developing very well.
Acquisitions and New Markets Drive the Figures
E-commerce development has been supported this year by add-on acquisitions within the Spares business area. In November 2025, the Group acquired the e-commerce companies Phonelife AB, which sells technology and accessories, and Reservdelaronline Sverige AB. Geographical expansions of existing brands have also yielded results.
As recently as February, Batteriexperten was launched in Finland and sales already exceed our expectations, says Kristofer Tonström.
Expected to Grow Faster Than the Whole
For the entire Group, net sales in the fourth quarter amounted to SEK 2.61 billion, with an operating profit of SEK 180 million. As online sales increase, it also takes an increasingly large share of the total sales cake. Management assesses that this trend will continue.
Overall, e-commerce now accounts for 24 percent of total net sales and we expect e-commerce to continue to grow faster than the whole, says Kristofer Tonström.
