In his new role, he will join the group management team and report directly to CEO Tobias Wreje-Larsson. The assignment involves group-wide responsibility for scaling up and driving the digital business in Sweden, Norway and Finland, as well as integrating AI solutions to streamline operations and further develop the customer experience.
Digital sales are an important part of our growth strategy. Christer has extensive experience in developing e-commerce and combining strategic thinking with concrete implementation. With his expertise, we are strengthening our ability to grow digitally in the Nordic market, says Tobias Wreje-Larsson, CEO of Nordic Access Group.
Aiming for SEK 1 Billion in Turnover by 2030
Nordic Access Group was formed in 2019 under the name Solideq Group AB and changed to its current name in June 2026. The group is owned by investment company Pamica Group and today comprises five operational companies within scaffolding and access solutions. The business has around 120 employees and generates approximately SEK 500 million in turnover.
Through an acquisition-driven growth strategy, the goal is to double turnover and reach SEK 1 billion in 2030. In this work, digital commerce is identified as a central growth engine.
In the Swedish market, e-commerce is conducted through Ställning.se, which sells to both professionals and private individuals from a 20,000 square meter central warehouse in Karlskoga, as well as via Stegproffsen.se, which generates SEK 22 million in turnover. In neighboring countries, online sales are made through Norwegian Solideq.no, with a turnover of approximately NOK 65 million, and Finnish Solideq.fi, which generates around EUR 2.7 million.
The Swedish subsidiary Solideq AB, which is behind Ställning.se, generated SEK 71.6 million in turnover in 2025 and then turned to profit with an operating profit of SEK 1.6 million. At the same time, the company has amortized its historical tax deferrals from SEK 25 million to approximately SEK 8 million.

In the e-commerce industry, he is also known as the author of about ten non-fiction books on digital commerce and marketing, including "Dig for Gold in Your Own Channels" from 2017 and "E-Commerce for Everyone" published in 2024.

Nordic Access Group has a strong foundation to build on, with established e-commerce and clear growth ambitions. I look forward to developing the digital business in the Nordics and making it even easier for both companies and private individuals to shop with us. AI also opens up new opportunities to improve the customer experience and work smarter, says Christer Pettersson.
