Blomsterlandet acquires the Linds greenhouse in Visby – turnover of SEK 48.8 million

Blomsterlandet is acquiring the Gotland-based family company Linds, a greenhouse with roots dating back to the late 1800s. The business, which consists of both a physical store and e-commerce, will continue to be operated under its current name. One of the previous owners will remain in the company to guide the transition.

Linds has been located in Visby since 1879. Now, the fifth-generation owners, Anna Lind Holsner and Alexander Holsner, have decided to transfer ownership of the company.

The buyer is Blomsterlandet, which has decided to maintain the company's local profile. This means that the store will not change brands, but will continue to operate entirely under the name Linds.

To guarantee a secure and continuous handover, Anna Lind Holsner will remain in the business for the next two years.
