Today, Friday, October 23rd, trading in Prisjakt's shares commenced under the ticker symbol PJ on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. It became clear earlier this autumn that Prisjakt was aiming for a stock exchange listing with a valuation of 675 million Swedish krona, and now the company has successfully completed the listing.
The subscription price was set at 31 krona per share, and interest from both institutional investors and the public proved to be very high. The offer was oversubscribed several times and comprised just over 6.6 million existing shares, corresponding to approximately 30 percent of the company with a value of 205.4 million krona. If the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the offer will increase to 236.2 million krona, or about 35 percent of the shares.
Prisjakt's CEO Peter Greberg comments on the milestone in connection with the first trading day:
It is a big day for Prisjakt and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our development. We are entering the next phase with a strong position in the Nordics while continuing to expand internationally. We have taken a leading position in specialized AI for shopping and with our new AI assistant we are taking the next big step towards changing how consumers find, compare and choose products. We have a clear strategy and high ambitions for Prisjakt's continued development as a listed company.
Aims for the Main List
Sellers in the transaction include major shareholder eEquity and members of management. However, they remain with a significant ownership and have committed to a so-called lock-up period of 540 days. For Prisjakt, the step into First North Premier is only the beginning of the stock exchange journey, as the stated medium-term goal is to move the listing to Nasdaq Stockholm's main list.
Chairman of the Board Fredrik Malm sees the listing as an important piece of the puzzle for the future:
Prisjakt has long built up a strong position in the Nordics and great trust among consumers by offering independent and reliable information before purchasing decisions. We have a profitable business and a strong foundation to build on. The listing is a natural step in the company's development and we look forward to continuing to develop Prisjakt with a broader base of owners.
Strong Figures Despite Turbulence
The stock exchange debut comes after a eventful and partly turbulent period for the comparison site, which has recently been marked by dissatisfied e-commerce departures after price adjustments and an ongoing legal billion-kronor dispute with tech giant Google.
Despite the external turbulence, the company, founded in 2002, leans on strong financial development. In 2025, Prisjakt generated 493.1 million krona in revenue, which is a growth of 17 percent, while adjusted operating profit (EBITDA) increased by 41 percent to 160.9 million krona. The platform currently gathers over 13 million products from 12,800 retailers and generated 132.8 million clicks to affiliated e-commerce stores last year.
