Dedicated B2B as margin lifts.

IT and e-commerce group Dustin reports a fourth quarter with declining revenue but stronger margins. At the same time, the company announces that the consumer business is now completely phased out, effectively making Dustin a 100 percent dedicated B2B player.

Dustin's fourth quarter (June–August 2026) was marked by a slowdown in sales, with net revenue decreasing by 4.8 percent to SEK 4.8 billion (5.06). Organic growth landed at minus 5 percent. Despite the revenue decline, profitability improved. The gross margin increased to 13.2 percent (12.7) and adjusted EBITA rose to SEK 110 million (83).

Operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter increased to SEK 75 million, compared to SEK 21 million last year, and the period's result amounted to SEK 32 million (3).

Dedicated B2B Group

One of the most central events of the financial year is that Dustin has completely phased out its B2C segment. The company is now fully focused on businesses and the public sector, meaning that all sales (100 percent) now take place B2B. Sales are therefore divided into two business segments: LCP (large companies and public sector), which generated SEK 3.7 billion in the fourth quarter, and SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) which accounted for SEK 1.1 billion.

The phasing out of the consumer business explains part of the declining sales within the SMB segment, where organic growth in the quarter was minus 6.1 percent. However, adjusted for the discontinued B2C business, SMB showed underlying growth of 3.4 percent.

The fourth quarter concludes a year in which we have implemented extensive changes to build a stronger and more focused Dustin, comments Samuel Skott, CEO and Group Manager of Dustin.

Despite the lower sales, profitability improved, primarily due to a lower cost base following implemented efficiency measures.

Cyberattack in September

The report also highlights that volumes were affected by customers bringing forward their purchases. During the third quarter, the LCP segment kept sales up, which thus reduced volumes in the recently ended fourth quarter.

The annual accounts also mark the end of an eventful business year for the IT giant. In addition to the strategic shift, Dustin was hit by a major cyberattack in early September, which led to the company closing down e-commerce for a week after a data breach.

Full Year Burdened by Write-Down

Looking at the entire financial year 2025/26 (September 2025–August 2026), Dustin's net revenue increased by 2.9 percent to SEK 21 billion, with organic growth of 4.8 percent. Adjusted EBITA increased to SEK 413 million (286).

However, operating profit for the full year was pushed down to SEK -646 million (-2,523), burdened by a non-cash-affecting goodwill write-down of SEK -800 million related to the phasing out of non-standardized services. The Board proposes that no dividend be paid for the year.
