In the new store, customers will have access to the company's full range and latest launches. Visitors will also be able to receive personal guidance and book customized beauty sessions with the company's experts.
Ahead of the official announcement, the company chose to first communicate the news locally. On the morning of September 2nd, a marketing activity was carried out at Kungsportsplatsen, where passersby were offered iced coffee along with information about the opening.
Our community has always been an important part of Caia's development, so we wanted those who will actually experience the store to be the first to learn the news. For us, it's about finding new ways to get closer to both existing and new customers – online as well as in real life, says Camilla Bastin, CMO at Caia.
According to the company's CEO, Johanna Hamrén, the establishment is in line with the company's overall strategy.
We have listened to our community, and the demand for a store in Gothenburg has been clear for a long time. Kvarteret Victoria is the right place: the right location, the right environment for what we want to build. This is an important step in our continued expansion, says Johanna Hamrén.
The opening in Gothenburg follows a period of extensive physical growth for the company. In August, Caia established a 230 square meter flagship store in central Copenhagen, which took place in connection with Danish Fashion Week. During the spring and summer, the brand was also launched in the DACH region through a collaboration with the retail chain Douglas, which gave the brand a physical presence in European cities such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Vienna and Geneva. The company already has physical points of sale in Oslo and Bergen as well as at Nordiska Kompaniet.
