Lumene Group is reorganizing its top management and bringing in Satu Järvinen as the new CFO. The recruitment is taking place at a time when the beauty group is undergoing changes in the Nordic market, not least in Sweden where the company has changed both name and direction.

On October 5, 2026, the new CFO, Satu Järvinen, will step into Lumene Group's headquarters in Espoo, Finland. She will also join the management team.

I am truly happy to be part of Lumene Group's journey. The company's brands are genuine and distinct — exactly the kind I want to help develop. The ambition, drive and growth targets became clear from our first conversations. I look forward to building the company's financial future together with the entire organization, says Satu Järvinen.

With a background from companies such as Unilever, Mars and Nokia, and most recently a role as Finance Director at Hartwall, she takes over the baton from Marika Nieminen. She is leaving after ten years with the company to pursue new challenges.

Marika has played a central role in building our company's financial stability and driving its growth. I want to thank her for this contribution and the foundation she has built. At the same time, I am very pleased to welcome Satu to our team. She brings financial expertise and a business mindset from leading international organizations, combined with an understanding of the Finnish business climate, says Adrian Innergård, CEO of the Nordic beauty group Lumene Group.

Swedish company changes shape

The changes in leadership are taking place in parallel with the group restructuring its Swedish operations.

At the end of 2023, the Ida Warg Beauty brand was acquired, after which the founder Ida Warg subsequently left. In the spring of 2025, the name of the Swedish company was changed to Lumene Group Sweden.

The operations in Sweden have transitioned from own product sales to instead focus on marketing and sales support for the group's brands.

The products themselves are now sold via the Finnish parent company, which generated 102 million euros in revenue in 2025, including through e-commerce.

How things are going for the Swedish company

No new figures have yet been published on how the Swedish company has performed during 2025. However, the latest available annual report, which was adjusted to match the calendar year and therefore only covers nine months in 2024, shows an increase in profitability.

Operating profit landed at 14.4 million Swedish krona, which is an increase of 14 percent compared to 12.7 million Swedish krona during the previous, twelve-month, financial year.

Revenue for the nine-month period was written at 116.1 million Swedish krona, a decrease of 10 percent compared to 129.6 million Swedish krona the year before.
