In 2025, the company's turnover decreased by 19 percent to SEK 16 million, from SEK 19.8 million in 2024. At the same time, operating loss increased by 65 percent to minus SEK 5.1 million, down from minus SEK 3.1 million the previous year.

The company explains the decreased sales with a return to normal levels of demand for its products. The negative result is linked to investments made for the future.

Capital Injection Saved Operations

The financial development resulted in the company needing to draw up a solvency statement at the end of August 2025. This is a step taken in limited companies when there is suspicion that more than half of the equity has been consumed. On December 23, the owners chose to inject SEK 2.8 million in new funds. In addition to this, further capital has been added at the beginning of 2026 to manage the incurred loss.

Despite a declining turnover, the company reports that the gross margin has increased during 2025. In the annual report, the company comments on how the margins have been strengthened:

A result of active work with purchasing strategies and range optimization.

New CEO from Djerf Avenue

Today, Lis Bonne Atelier has six employees. In the spring, Jonathan Strand took over the role of CEO. He has previous experience from other players in e-commerce, including brands such as Djerf Avenue and Nakd.

Looking ahead, the fashion company plans to continue building on the concept of physical meeting places. The company has moved to a new office that also functions as a showroom. The purpose is to invite customers and partners to showcase the collections, something the founder previously highlighted as part of the strategy.
