The company behind the venture was registered in 2021, but for the first four years, revenue was zero while a stock of goods was built up. At the end of 2025, the e-commerce platform finally opened to the public.
The latest annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, shows the company's very first revenue. Turnover landed at approximately 6,500 Swedish kronor, and operating profit at -81,700 Swedish kronor.
Operating profit decreased by 80.6 percent compared to the previous year, when the figure was -45,241 Swedish kronor.
Most of the stock remains
In the years before the premiere, LYKMN Studios had built up a stock of finished goods valued at 223,170 Swedish kronor. At the end of the latest financial year, the stock had decreased by 7.5 percent to approximately 206,500 Swedish kronor. This should mean that a smaller portion of the clothing has been activated or sold, but that the vast majority of the products still remain in stock.
At the same time, equity has decreased from 105,936 Swedish kronor to 24,736 Swedish kronor.
Open e-commerce but no new releases
In a previous interview with Ehandel.se, Fanny Lyckman stated that the company's strategy differs from traditional fashion seasons. The plan is to work with smaller, ongoing capsule collections under the name “Archives,” where each release represents a year in the company's journey.
It should not be driven by hype, but by quality and identity. My vision with LYKMN Studios has been from the start to create a brand that feels well-thought-out, timeless and visually strong. Something long-term, rather than a temporary influencer project, Fanny Lyckman said previously.
The founder's decision to refrain from aggressive marketing towards her hundreds of thousands of followers is part of the business model.
Keeping the project a little under the radar has been a conscious choice. I have wanted to give LYKMN Studios time to shape its own identity and grow organically over time, she said before the premiere.
Today, the e-commerce platform is open for purchases, but since the initial launch, no new collections have been presented on the site.
