The latest full-year figures for 2025 show that turnover fell by 39 percent to SEK 68 million, down from SEK 111 million the previous year. Operating profit decreased by 46 percent to minus SEK 1.8 million, compared to a loss of SEK 3.2 million in 2024.
At the bottom line, the year's profit after tax amounted to a loss of just over SEK 0.7 million, a decrease of 122 percent from last year's profit of SEK 3.3 million.
Two years ago, CEO and founder Johan Lundberg predicted that Ozoneair would reach an annual turnover of around SEK 250 million thanks to a new Nordic expansion and the launch of more products. However, the company's current situation shows that the path to growth goals has been fraught with logistical obstacles.
Explanation for the decline
The annual report shows that the company has had problems with the supply of goods during the last financial year.
Stock levels have been insufficient at times to meet demand. The limited availability of air purifiers and ozone solutions is mainly due to the fact that delivery times from the factory have been longer than normal, which led to the company missing potential sales opportunities.
The company develops, markets and sells its products based in Luleå. Despite the difficult year, Ozoneair invested in intangible assets during 2025. Purchases of patents, licenses and trademarks were booked at a value of SEK 3 million.
The company employed an average of 14 people during the year.
