In October 2023, Växjö-based furniture supplier Venture Design acquired a minority stake in the company, with an option to purchase the remaining shares in the future. The purpose of the deal was to create synergies whereby Dangarden’s range could be offered to Venture Design’s established customer base.
In connection with the acquisition, Daniel Johansson commented that access to Venture Design’s customers would accelerate the company’s growth. He also noted the benefit of “entering a larger context to be able to take Dangarden where we want it much faster than if we had done it ourselves.”
Ola Johansson, CEO of Venture Design, described the acquisition as strategic and noted that Dangarden’s products were of great benefit to the company’s ongoing geographical expansion.

Increased Focus on Europe
During the full year 2025, growth continued and net turnover reached 22.6 million Swedish krona, an increase from 13.4 million Swedish krona in the previous year.
The company states in its management report that the significant increase in turnover is due to an increased focus on Europe. Profit after financial items for 2025 amounted to 355,000 Swedish krona, compared to almost 1.7 million Swedish krona the year before.
