The company's roots date back to 2007 when the business started as a bakery chain in Denmark. Two years later, the company transitioned to importing and distributing nuts and dried fruit. The headquarters moved to Sweden in 2018, and subsequently, the business expanded with the production of organic cashews in Tanzania and organic coconut in Sri Lanka. Sales were made to customers through the company's own e-commerce platform.
Until recently, the company showed an upward sales trend. According to the latest annual report for 2025, net sales increased to 13.3 million Swedish krona, compared to 5.6 million Swedish krona the previous year. Profit after financial items amounted to 158,000 Swedish krona for 2025.
Sales increased during the financial year due to an expanded customer base, intensified marketing efforts, and the establishment and growth of new market shares in the Danish market, the board wrote about the past year.
The company stated in the annual accounts that it had two employees at the end of the year.
Despite the reported revenue, financial difficulties arose. In 2026, applications for payment orders were registered against the company. The latest remark was received at the end of June 2026 from GS1 Sweden AB and concerned an amount of 13,941 Swedish krona. The bankruptcy estate is now being handled by bankruptcy administrator Eva Müller-Hansen at Wesslau Advokatbyrå in Helsingborg.
