Between July 21st and 29th, the bank acquired a total of 110,516 shares in the company. All transactions during this period were executed at prices between 57.90 and 58.00 Swedish krona per share. This is below the established initial public offering (IPO) price of 60 krona.
This is the second report regarding support purchases of the stock. Previously, it was communicated that Danske Bank acquired just over 400,000 shares during the period of July 10th to 20th, initially near the IPO price and then around 58 krona.
Stabilization measures are a regulatory procedure during stock market listings to manage imbalances in supply and demand. The mandate means that the bank, during the first 30 trading days, may purchase shares on the market to maintain the price level. The condition is that the purchases must not be made at a price exceeding the subscription price in the offer.
Ellos Group, which encompasses the brands Ellos, Jotex and Homeroom, was valued in connection with the listing at approximately 1.48 billion krona based on outstanding shares before a potential over-allotment option.
