The launch taking place during Copenhagen Fashion Week for the spring and summer collections 2027 is part of an effort to connect the brand more closely with the Scandinavian fashion and beauty industry. In connection with the store opening, the company has also launched a local campaign featuring Danish profile and Caia ambassador Emili Sindlev as the front figure.

Johanna Eriksson Hamrén, CEO of Caia Cosmetics, comments on the expansion:

Denmark has always been an important market for Caia, and opening our first store in Copenhagen feels like a natural next step on our journey. We have built a strong and engaged community here over the years, and we look forward to finally creating a physical space where customers can experience the brand in a more personal and interactive way.

The 230 square meter store is spread over two floors and is designed based on the company's flagship concept. Customers will be offered the company's full range within makeup, skincare, hair care, body care, perfume and accessories. Caia has taken over an entire building for the establishment, which has allowed space to redesign the facade in accordance with the brand's aesthetics.

That level of creative freedom is very unusual, and it allows us to create a destination that truly embodies the brand experience around Caia, says Emelie Sundesten, creative director of the company.

The opening in Denmark follows closely on the heels of the beauty player's large-scale physical expansion in the DACH region. During May and June, Caia was launched exclusively at the European retailer Douglas. The collaboration means that the brand is now available in selected stores in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Vienna and Geneva. This investment marks the company's first major physical retail expansion outside the Nordics.

Several activities are planned for the opening day in Copenhagen. In addition to refreshments for queuing visitors, the first 300 paying customers will be awarded a product gift worth 1,100 Danish kroner. The store opens its doors at 10:00.
