The purpose of the establishment is to manage delivery, returns, and freight services from a single location.
We continue to see strong demand from consumers for delivery solutions that seamlessly fit into their everyday lives,” says Olli Immonen, Country Manager Finland.
By bringing together parcel pickup, returns, and freight services under one roof, we are creating a simpler and more flexible experience for our customers.
Olli Immonen states that the area was chosen for the first establishment due to an existing customer base in the district.
The store concept already exists in Sweden, and the expansion to Finland is said to be the start of a broader establishment strategy. According to the company, the stores will also serve as platforms to test and introduce new services to the market.
Active Year for the Logistics Group
The physical expansion is taking place during a eventful period for parent company Instabee Group. In May 2026, a new partnership with the second-hand platform Vinted was announced. The agreement means that Instabee's parcel lockers will be gradually integrated into Vinted's checkout on selected European markets, a step to strengthen the logistics company's position in circular commerce.
At the same time, the company is implementing internal changes regarding working conditions. Since 2023, terminal staff and employees have been covered by collective bargaining agreements. At the end of April 2026, the company decided to tighten the requirements further, with the aim of also covering all subcontractors who perform home deliveries with collective bargaining agreements within one year.
