Bubbleroom releases preliminary figures for the second quarter of the year. The fashion player reports increased sales and improved profitability, driven by its own e-commerce and previous savings programs.

Net sales for the second quarter of 2026 are estimated to increase by approximately 12 to 14 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, EBITDA earnings are expected to amount to between 7 and 9 million Swedish kronor. This is an increase from 5.3 million Swedish kronor during the second quarter of 2025.

The company states that the result is primarily driven by growth in its own e-commerce channel, sales of the spring and summer collections, and the effects of the efficiency measures previously implemented.

It is very pleasing to see a clear impact of the changes we have made. Our assortment shift has been well received by customers, and together with the cost measures we have taken, we now see that this translates into both increased sales and improved profitability, says Magnus Månsson, CEO of New Bubbleroom Sweden AB.

The development in the second quarter builds on the sales trend that the company reported at the end of the first quarter. Bubbleroom has implemented several strategic changes during the year to reduce its fixed costs and optimize operations. In addition to a change of e-commerce platform, the company announced in early June that it is selling its warehouse facility in Borås for 48.4 million Swedish kronor and transitioning to a new logistics model via an external partner.

The complete interim report for the second quarter will be published on July 15, 2026.
