In 2025, Jula Holding Group generated a turnover of SEK 12.2 billion. For the retail company Jula, the year meant that e-commerce exceeded one billion Swedish krona in turnover for the first time. The company describes this as confirmation that the investments in digital transformation are building customer value.

According to the group, it has invested over two billion Swedish krona in the last 24 months in areas such as retail expansion, logistics, properties and digitalisation. During 2025, Jula opened ten new physical department stores, and 20 new openings are planned for this year.

We have invested approximately SEK 2.5 billion over the past 24 months, with a large portion in 2025, which is more than we have ever done. The market has been somewhat hesitant and we have the financial opportunity to leverage that to further strengthen our position for the future, says Magnus Kristoferson, CEO of Jula Holding.

In connection with the growth, the group is expanding its logistics capacity. The group's distribution centre in Skara will be expanded to a total area of just over 225,000 square metres.

We are making major investments right now, not least in our logistics, with the expansion of the distribution centre and in our new office in Skara. This investment of around SEK 500 million is not only about capacity, but also about creating a modern and flexible workplace, says Karl-Johan Blank, owner of Jula Holding.

Digital Focus and New Business System

To manage the growing e-commerce and optimise marketing, Jula has launched a new department, Marketing & Digital Sales. The company has also initiated a change of business system (ERP) to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency.

The group's subsidiary Hööks has also undergone changes to strengthen sales. The company has implemented a new business system and launched the loyalty programme Club Hööks, which attracted 85,000 new members during the year. Furthermore, Hööks has carried out a relocation of its warehouse from Borås to Skara to adapt logistics flows for future needs.

Overall, the Jula Holding group now employs approximately 4,900 people and manages a property portfolio of over 750,000 square metres, with a stated strategy of combining property ownership, logistics solutions and retail.
