Hanna Graflund Sleyman comes most recently from roles within Axel Johnson focusing on AI and new technology. She has previously been CEO of Departments & Stores (NK) and Kicks Group, as well as held positions at Amazon Sweden and McKinsey.

I look forward to contributing my experience in retail, digital transformation and AI as Adlibris now takes the next step in its development, says Hanna Graflund Sleyman.

Niclas Sandin has been CEO of the audiobook service Bookbeat since 2015. He also has a background in digital business development at Bonnier Books and EY.

The companies that succeed best over time are never those that feel finished. They are the ones who continue to challenge themselves, develop their offerings, their technology and constantly pursue new ways to create value for customers, says Niclas Sandin about the new board assignment.

Adlibris has recently rolled out a new e-commerce platform, commissioned a highly automated warehouse in Morgongåva and entered into a partnership with the AI platform Dema.

CEO Ola Toresten believes that the new board members add relevant expertise for the company's continued strategy.

It will largely be about a new way of meeting the customer in an era where AI is changing the business model, says Ola Toresten.

Chairman of the Board Håkan Rudels states that the new management and the recently completed system changes mean that the company can now focus on growth, and that new perspectives were therefore necessary.

The new board representatives join shortly after Adlibris also made changes in its physical retail organization. Recently, the company announced that Kajsa Rockström Stolt has been promoted to Head of Retail to be responsible for the company's physical retail, while Mariana Ferm has been recruited as the new store manager for the flagship store on Kungsgatan in Stockholm.
