After launching an e-commerce platform in Norway, Svenssons is now looking eastward. The decision to open in Finland is part of the company's plan to grow in the Nordics and find new ways to reach customers.
Finland has a unique design tradition and a very design-conscious audience. Several of the brands that have long been important to Svenssons come from Finland, and we see great interest from Finnish customers. Therefore, it feels both natural and very exciting to soon be able to offer a locally adapted customer experience for the Finnish market, says Bank Bergström, CEO of Nordic Nest Group, which Svenssons is part of.
Customized Site for Finnish Customers
The new online store will have the same range as the Swedish site, but with all content in Finnish. To make it even more local, the company is also opening a Finnish customer service.
