According to the company, the dialogue with the municipality has progressed quickly. From the initial contact to a signed agreement, it has taken two months. Now, work will begin on investigations, planning and permit processes.
No date has yet been set for the start of construction or opening.

The agreement in Falun is the latest step in the company's physical expansion. At the end of May, Biltema inaugurated its 65th warehouse in Sweden, located in Säffle. At the same time, construction of a new warehouse in Karlstad is ongoing, which is expected to open in 2027.
