MoveByBike is now taking on the role of a dedicated inner-city partner for Airmee's deliveries in Stockholm and Malmö. Through the deepened partnership, the annual turnover from the assignment is expected to increase by 13–17 million SEK. Overall, the total order value from Airmee is expected to amount to between 27 and 35 million SEK annually.
In addition to the logistics services, the parties' existing advertising collaboration is also being expanded. The annual advertising turnover associated with Airmee is expected to amount to 2.4–3 million SEK in the future.
The new volumes will be phased in during the period May to July 2026. To manage the assignment, MoveByBike will invest in more vehicles, an expansion that Airmee is helping to finance.
By increasing volume density within our existing geographical markets, we can maximize the utilization rate in our city hubs in Stockholm and Malmö, which is a crucial step in our plan to achieve sustainable profitability, comments Fredrik Videlycka, CEO of MoveByBike.
Airmee's CEO, Elin Morales Härén, also comments on the expanded agreement:
Through MoveByBike's specialized vehicle fleet, we can ensure environmentally friendly and high delivery capacity even in the most challenging urban environments.
Receives 3.8 Million SEK
Parallel with the logistics agreement with Airmee, MoveByBike announces the outcome of the subscription options program. The subscription period ended on May 1st and all remaining options were exercised.
A total of over 254 million new shares were subscribed at a price of 0.015 SEK per share, which adds approximately 3.8 million SEK to the company before emission costs. The dilution for existing shareholders amounts to approximately 9.86 percent. Among those who subscribed for shares were both CEO Fredrik Videlycka and board member Michael Katina.
Regarding the company's current operational situation, Fredrik Videlycka says:
The year started with a challenging winter period, but as expected, we have seen a clear recovery in operations, both operationally and in terms of volume, during March and April. That development gives us good confidence in our ability to capitalize on the growth period we are now in.
