Gustaf Arlid will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the e-commerce retailer Rugvista. He most recently held a corresponding role at Bygghemma Nordics and has previously worked in leading financial positions at Findus as well as a manager at Deloitte.

I am very pleased to welcome Gustaf as CFO at Rugvista. He has broad and relevant experience that I am confident will contribute both strategically and operationally. Gustaf will play an important role in Rugvista's continued development, and I look forward to working with him, says Rugvista CEO Ebba Ljungerud.

Gustaf Arlid will take up his new position no later than November 1, 2026.

I am very much looking forward to joining Rugvista and, together with colleagues in the organization, driving and contributing to continued strategic development, profitable growth and long-term value for customers, employees and owners, says the incoming CFO.

Replaces Joakim Tuvner

The recruitment process was initiated in February after the current CFO, Joakim Tuvner, announced that he is retiring after three years in the position. Tuvner will remain employed during his notice period, however, until September 11th of this year at the latest.

Rugvista is making the management change after a quarter in which the company showed organic growth of just over 15 percent. In connection with the latest annual report, the company also adjusted its financial goals from approximately 20 percent growth per year to double-digit organic growth, while the profitability target remained unchanged. The company also decided on a dividend of a total of SEK 103.9 million to shareholders. For the full year 2025, the company reported revenue of SEK 784.4 million.
