During the past year, the shoe brand chose to expand its operations by acquiring a new store location, and the physical presence has clearly left its mark on the books for Blankens of Sweden AB.
Revenue took a step upwards and reached 24.4 million Swedish kronor in 2025. This represents an increase of 15 percent from the previous year.
However, while revenues have grown, the expansion has come at a cost. Operating profit decreased to approximately 750,000 Swedish kronor, which is a larger decline compared to 2024 when the company reported an operating profit of 2.5 million Swedish kronor.
During the year, the company has also doubled its workforce, from two to four employees. But despite the lower result, the board of directors, with CEO and Chairman Cecilia Blankense at the helm, has proposed a dividend of 1 million Swedish kronor.
In connection with the financial statements, there has also been movement in the company's management. Johanna Sahlin has chosen to step down from her board positions at the end of March 2026.
At the same time, Cecilia Blankense has set her sights on more industries.
Since October 2024, she has been a member of the board of directors of the e-commerce retailer Dadändi AB. The company, Dadandi.com, sells among other things skin and hair care products and was founded by celebrity profile Filip Lamprecht and actor Malte Gårdinger, together with their fathers Martin Lamprecht and Pontus Gårdinger.
But the e-commerce company behind the new brand is not new. History shows that Dadändi AB is a "recycled" company from the Blankense sphere.
Cecilia Blankense was in exactly the same company board between September 2016 and July 2023, and during the same period Pontus Gårdinger was chairman of the board. Per Blankense was also part of the management during those years.
Now, the former constellation has found its way back to each other, and the company has changed direction to launch the celebrity families' new beauty concept.
During the financial year 2024, when the new brand initiative began to take shape, revenue at Dadändi AB amounted to approximately 90,000 Swedish kronor with a profit after financial items of -467,000 Swedish kronor.
