Turned 5 Million in 3 Months - Now He's Investing Again

Fredrik Rinaldo and Daniel Backlund
"Take an even stronger position".

Fredrik Rinaldo built up his e-commerce business Merchsweden by using social media as the primary sales channel. He turned over 5 million Swedish kronor in 3 months, by selling Labubu. Now he has chosen to package his knowledge into a newly started agency.

The website Merchsweden started as a school project but quickly became a company that reported a turnover of over 30 million Swedish kronor. Founder Fredrik Rinaldo has packaged that experience and launched Front Agency, an agency he has started with Daniel Backlund. He has previously worked with marketing and PR.

We quickly saw that there is a gap between how brands work with social media today and what actually works, says CEO Daniel Backlund.

Million Profit in First Year

Front Agency recently closed the books for its first fiscal year, which ran from November 2024 to December 2025. The financial statements show that the agency reached a turnover of 6.5 million Swedish kronor, with an operating profit of 4 million Swedish kronor.

To meet demand, the company made two new hires during the autumn and has already secured brands such as Nick’s, Verisure and Levler as clients. Now, the company is focusing on broadening its reach and handling more assignments within video-based marketing.

The focus for 2026 is to continue scaling up the business and take an even stronger position within Tiktok and Performance, says Daniel Backlund.
