Leo Nathorst-Böös joins Instabee Group with over 15 years of experience in product development, digital innovation, and leadership. He most recently served as Head of Product at Framna. In his new position at the logistics company, he will lead the work of developing and scaling the company's product experiences for e-commerce.
According to the company, the purpose of the recruitment is to maximize the impact of product development and to develop the delivery solutions of the future.

Turns to Profit and Expands
The recruitment takes place shortly after Instabee, which operates the brands Instabox and Budbee, reported its financial figures for 2025. As Ehandel.se previously reported, the company turned a historic loss into a positive operating result (EBITA) of 1 million kronor last year. Turnover increased by 7 percent during the same period, landing at just over 2.1 billion kronor.
In parallel with the financial results, the company has also initiated an expansion of its delivery network in Finland during March. The expansion along the Finnish west coast is taking place to meet a growing e-commerce market and manage problems with overcrowded parcel lockers. It is with this growth as a backdrop that Leo Nathorst-Böös now enters the organization to lead the product organization forward.
