The trade of second-hand goods between private individuals continues to grow. According to figures from Swedish Trade, Swedish second-hand trade generated SEK 16 billion in 2025.
Although online stores have long had various ways to sell goods across the Norwegian border, it has been complicated for platforms based on trade between private individuals. This is because Norway is not part of Europe, which makes delivery times and customs codes unpredictable when private individuals send packages.
Now Bring is launching a system that takes over the entire process.
Plick Fastest on the Ball
The integration means that Plick's Swedish users will directly gain access to a completely new target group, as Norwegian users will begin to see Swedish goods in their feeds during the spring.
In practice, the flow is handled by transporting the shipments to Posten Bring's export terminal. There, customs clearance from Sweden and import customs clearance to Norway are handled automatically, after which the packages are delivered to the Norwegian recipients.
For us, it's about making it as easy to buy second-hand across borders as it is within Sweden, says Jimmy Heibert, CEO and founder of Plick, and continues:
Norway is a very attractive market for our users, and we have long had Norwegian users who have wanted to shop from Sweden but have not been able to complete their purchases. It feels very good that we are the first to enable this. Now we can finally open up the Norwegian market without making it more complicated for our users.
It is not the first time the platform has acted as a testbed for new shipping methods. In December 2025, Instabee Group rolled out the Instant service, and Plick was again the first partner to join. Also, when the logistics company Droppa launched shipments between private individuals in 2022, Plick was the first on board.
After the launch towards the Norwegian market, the logistics player is now looking at how similar solutions can be applied to more geographical areas.
By consolidating deliveries to Norway and offering an automated shipping service to Norway, we are opening up a completely new trade flow between Sweden and Norway. At the same time, we see great potential to offer smoother customs solutions to more countries in the future, says Hanna Jonasson, Chief Operating Officer at Bring.
