New Names on the Board

Håkan Håkansson has previously been CEO of Lyko. Since 2017, he has been associated with Fidelio Capital, which currently owns 13 percent of the shares in Lyko. He also sits on Lyko's board.
In an interview with Breakit, Håkan Håkansson says that his position on Caia's board is a private commitment. He believes that there are no competition issues between the companies, despite the fact that Lyko operates in the same industry.
